I had a mostly positive experience at the hotel. The staff provided outstanding service, especially when I faced altitude sickness. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas, although it can get quite noisy at night. The room was clean but lacked a heater, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it's a good value for money, especially considering the helpful amenities.

The service was exceptional. David was particularly helpful and the staff arranged for a doctor and nurse to assist me quickly when I fell ill.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The location was perfect, placing us in the midst of historic sites while also being close to shops and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our family felt right at home during our stay. The kids loved the breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious. However, the rooms were a bit noisy at times, especially during breakfast hours. Overall, I would highly recommend this place, especially for families looking for a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

My experience at the Royal Inka 2 hotel in Cusco was mostly fantastic. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, making for a cozy stay. The staff truly made the difference, with many being friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of options. However, there were some issues with service inconsistencies during my stay that affected the experience. Overall, it provided solid value for what I paid.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms had a lovely Peruvian style and were quite comfortable. I enjoyed staying in a spacious suite with a balcony that overlooked the bustling street below, though the walls weren't very thick, so early mornings could be noisy.
Service
7.0
While most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, there were isolated incidents that made me feel unwelcome. However, I appreciated the dedication of some staff members like Maria and Karina, who went above and beyond to assist.
Location

The hotel had decent facilities, including a rooftop terrace for views of Cusco. However, I would have liked to see more common areas to relax outside of my room.

I found this hotel to be an interesting mix of features. It has a fantastic location, allowing for easy access to restaurants and historical sites, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. However, the room I stayed in was clean but somewhat dated, especially the bathroom, which affected my overall experience. If you're looking for a value-for-money option near the heart of Cuzco, this place could be a great fit, as long as you don't mind a few quirks.

Rooms
7.0
The room I stayed in was clean but felt dated and lacked a window to the outside, giving it a somewhat claustrophobic feel. The bathroom could definitely use some updating.
Service

6.6/10

I spent a few nights at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The location is quite good, near the main square, and the rooms are spacious, but the noise from the street can be disturbing. Service was hit or miss, and the dining options could be improved. Overall, it has its pros and cons, but I don't think I would return.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms are spacious, but mine faced a busy square, which made it quite loud at night. Also, the soundproofing isn’t great, so I could hear my neighbors.
Service
5.0
The service was inconsistent. Some staff were nice, but I encountered issues with the billing and felt the service towards certain guests wasn't equal.
Location
9.0
The location is great, just a block from the main square and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast options were decent with some made-to-order choices, but it could have been more varied. It was nice, but nothing exceptional.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had beautiful furniture in the common areas, but some amenities like heating were lacking during my stay.
