I had a mostly positive experience at the hotel. The staff provided outstanding service, especially when I faced altitude sickness. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas, although it can get quite noisy at night. The room was clean but lacked a heater, which made it a bit uncomfortable. I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The location was perfect, placing us in the midst of historic sites while also being close to shops and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our family felt right at home during our stay. The kids loved the breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious.
